Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- Item must include all tags, accessories, and documentation
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of these products, the following cannot be returned unless defective:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
To begin the return process, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our team will:
- Verify your return eligibility
- Provide return instructions
- Issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Please repackage the item securely in its original packaging. Include all original documents and the RMA number clearly marked on the outside of the package.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You will receive email confirmation when your refund is processed
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Process
If you need a different size or color of the same item:
- Follow the same process as initiating a return
- Clearly state you would like an exchange and specify the replacement item
- Once we receive your return, we will ship the replacement item
- You will be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:

- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise specified.
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations
