Shipping Information
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95):
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after dispatch
- Free Shipping (Orders over $50):
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery time: 15-25 business days after dispatch
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide, excluding some Asian regions and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging
- Item must include all tags, accessories, and documentation
- Proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Items
Due to their nature, the following cannot be returned unless defective:
- Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces (including items from our Bar Carts, Bar Furniture, and Home Office Sets & Collections categories when customized)
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Products that have been assembled, used, or damaged after delivery
Return Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with:
- Subject: Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
- Body: Include your order number, product name(s), and reason for return
Step 2: Receive Return Authorization
Within 2 business days, our team will:
- Verify your return eligibility
- Provide return instructions
- Issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Step 3: Package and Ship Your Return
Repackage the item securely in its original packaging with all documents. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
Step 4: Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Your refund will be credited to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You’ll receive email confirmation when processed
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement. International refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations.
Exchange Process
For exchanges (different size/color of the same item):
- Follow the same return initiation process
- Clearly state you want an exchange and specify the replacement item
- After we receive your return, we’ll ship the replacement
You’ll be responsible for any price difference and additional shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us immediately at [email protected]
- Include photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees associated with the return
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service
